Positive/Peaceful Action

​The intentional action of adding peace and positivity into your daily habits.

Health (mental & physical)

Proactive and intentional self care of the body, mind, and spirit to remain free of

illness, injury, and negativity.

Discipline (Accountability)

Discipline: the intentional act of staying on target or adjusting accordingly when

distractions, obstacles, and or unknowns in your formula.

Accountability: Being able to take responsibility for one’s actions & thoughts; or

lack there of.

Respect (Self & Others)

Self: Personal reverence and care for your unique mind, body, and personal

journey in this life.

 

Others: Deep admiration and/ consideration of another individual, their

achievements, and feelings. Usually in correlating with the Respect you have for

yourself.
