About The Event
Success University is designed to give young people a structured, multi-year pathway that combines education, career and trade exposure, mental-health support, and consistent adult mentorship. The model was built to be scalable: each site follows the same six-pillar framework, allowing HOPE By HOPE to expand across neighborhoods while maintaining program quality and measurable outcomes. Workforce readiness sits at the center of that pathway, giving participants a direct route from classroom learning to job shadowing, credentialing, and employment.
